How do I set up and enable Smart Lock on my phone?
To set up "Smart Lock," follow these steps:
- From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
- Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
- Locate and tap "Security & biometrics."
- Tap "Smart Lock." You will be prompted to enter your screen lock credentials. Enter your PIN, password, or pattern. Then, tap the "Enter" key to continue.
- Note: If you have not created a secure screen lock, you will be prompted to do so.
- Tap the desired Smart Lock option. Then, follow the prompts on your screen to complete your Smart Lock setup.
- Enter your PIN, password, or pattern. Then, tap the "Enter" key to continue.
- Note: If necessary, tap "GOT IT."
- Tap the desired Smart Lock option. Then, follow the prompts on your screen to complete your Smart Lock setup.
- Note: If necessary, tap "Continue."
