If the request is for an iPhone currently in use, or the Digital SIM IMEI you'd like to upgrade was previously activated, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Turn off any deactivated lines displayed under "eSIMs."
Step 2: We also recommend you Remove any unused eSIM profiles to ensure the eSIM you'd like to activate is available.
Step 3: Once you have finished with Steps 1 and 2, you should be ready to finish your Upgrade/Transfer to an eSIM Line.
