There are many reasons why you would have trouble turning your phone on. First, let's make sure that you are holding the POWER key long enough. Press and hold the POWER key on your phone for at least 30 seconds.
Is there any physical or liquid damage to the device?
If yes, then you will need to contact the manufacturer for service.
Does your device have a removable battery? Have you checked that the battery and cover are installed correctly?
Check to ensure that the battery and all covers are installed correctly. Tutorials may be available on our website to assist you.
Have you tried using the original charger that came with your device?
If not, connect the original charger to a wall outlet and to the charging / USB dock on your phone.
If your battery is completely empty, your phone may need to charge for up to 15 minutes before it will power on. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
Have you tried another charger?
If your original charger is failing to power on the phone, you can try using another charger you may have, such as a car charger.
Have you tried charging with multiple wall power outlets?
Try another wall power outlet.
